Currently the wallpaper pictures change at 7 p.m. CDT (which is midnight Greenwich Mean Time).

What can I change/configure so that the pictures change at midnight local time instead of midnight Greenwich time?

Are your Date and Time settings correct? Control Panel, Date and Time. Perhaps this is where the problem is originating.

From what I can see, there is no set time of day when the wallpaper picture changes, rather there is a duration entry: "Change the picture every". If you selected "1 day" and you made that selection at 7PM CDT, then every day at that time the picture will change.

What time of day did you set up this Theme change, Peter may be correct. Assuming the changes take place starting from the time you made them.

Clint and Peter may be right. I have searched a lot and find no way yet to set when 1 day occurs. Sorry

My theme changes every hour on the hour exactly. Previously was 1 day and took 2 days to change at the witching hour 00.00. providing your clock is set as stated for your locale.
