How can I narrow the amount of text displayed in Outlook messages.
When I create new messages or read messages sent to me, the text goes across the entire page (7" or 8").
On my home computer the margins are quite a bit narrower, a look I much prefer.

    Thanks

In plain text format, or in the default HTML stationery, the message body does not have a fixed width.

I think you might be able to find some stationery with a fixed width in the standard Office installation, but I'm not personally familiar with those options (I prefer plain text).

If you don't find any suitable stationery, you might be able to create your own. In that case, we would want to know whether you are using Outlook 2000-2003, or Outlook 2007-2010?
