I am looking for someone who has experience with Word Mail Merge that can create some documents that incorporate multiple records into one letter with text before and after the records. If you are interested please let me know

    Thanks

I'm no good at merges, but while you wait for replies, you could take a look at this thread about how to group merge records together in a "catalog merge": [topic=731107]Word 97-2007 Mailmerge Tutorial: Create Sorted Listings (v1.52)[/topic].

It appears you are struggling a bit with the tutorial Jefferson pointed you to based on your post of 7/12/2010 in that thread. Another option to consider is using Automation of Word from either Excel or Access to create the sort of document you want. It's a somewhat complex subject involving the use of VBA - our Managing Merges with Access tutorial gives you some background and ideas about how to procede.
