Hopefully somebody with more knowledge than I possess can help me with this : I have been using Incredimail and loved it but can't get it working in Windows 7, no matter what I try. I am looking for a reliable simple to use Email Program, any suggestions would be wonderful. I have Windows 7 Premium installed.

Incredimail seems to be an ad supported program with no mention of supported Windows versions. Not usually considered to be good signs of quality software.

    There are lots of alternatives.
    Thunderbird
    Windows Live mail
    Opera
    Pegasus
    yMail

You should have a look at their web sites and decide which you like.

    cheers, Paul

Hi Shirley, welcome to The Lounge.
My suggestion is do what I do. 1 get a Windows Live ID, 2 add all your contacts, 3 Download Windows Live Mail, 4 Sign In using you new ID.
5 Delete the account, 6 add your own Email accounts.
WL Mail can run vurtually any type of mail + multiple accounts.

Or, forget all of the hassle and simply use GMail.

Wherever you go, if you've "got 'net", there's your GMail.

    (Great built-in SPAM filter too).

I use Gmail, with only 'pop' enabled, which is archived when reading it in WL Mail. Writing in Gmail, the fonts are not customiseable and adding pictures are not placed where you want them.

Watch out for Microsoft's "no privacy" arrangement if you use it's Live products. See the latest Windows Secrets.

Hi Paul, I have seen it and I do not use it's services, just the program, WL Mail to send/read Gmail as it has more features than using Gmail directly.
