I have a batch file that copies select files from a network drive.
Running it from the command prompt works just fine.
When I run it through the task scheduler, it fails with Access Denied.
    Help available??

A little more information would be helpful.

Most common time I've seen that exact symptom was on Windows XP, which will not run a scheduled task unless the logged in user has a password. Depending on whether Home or Professional, the fix is to set a Windows password for the user (Pro) or for home to use the script numbered 67 on Kelly's Korner Website (http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm)

If not XP, then please provide more information as to O/S etc that might be useful to diagnose the problems

    Good Luck
