    hey all:

I am running 2007 vers. of office
Some time ago, I did a list of phone numbers and names with SOME details in EXCEL, but want to transfer this info to ACCESS

The detail is not relevant, but I dont particularly want to rewrite my list out totally..
Is it possible to copy and past the info?
    or something EASY
Or do I have to rewite?
    Cheers guys.

It is straightforward to either import date into Access from Excel, or to copy and paste if you have a table with the correct design. Look on the External Data in the Import group and you should see an Excel icon. It's a piece of cake from there.

There is a particularly easy way to do this for simple Excel data sets.
Select the relevant cells in Excel, including the column headings.
Then in Access right click on the Tables heading in the Navigation Bar, and choose Paste.
    Regards
