    Command Bars (Access 97 SR2)

I need a listing of the names of all the Menu Bars that are built in to Access. Where can I find it?

You can see most of the standard tool bars by going to View/Toolbars/Customize from the database window.

This shows a list of the tool bars available for customization.

Re: Command Bars (Access 97 SR2)

Hi, Richard. I found out, by luck on my part, that a tool bar and a menu bar are really the same thing, in a sense. When I use the DoCmd.ShowToolbar, all I have to do is place the menu name in " " , insert a comma, and acToolbarYes to show a menu or acToolbarNo to hide a menu. Who would have thunk that. Thanks a bunch.
