    Hi,

    Whenever the pc is in idle condition the helpsvc.exe automatically runs & loads the cpu to 100%, pls suggest a solution for this.

    Help and Support causes Windows XP to stop responding
    This problem may occur if the Helpsvc.exe process exhausts your computer resources. The Helpsvc.exe process may use up to 100% of the CPU resources on your computer for several minutes.
    See the above article, or simply stop & disable the service; Administrative tools>>Services.
    If this is a one-off thing you could also just end it from the task manager screen you've shown.
