How does one go about printing DayTimer-type sheets from Outlook 2010. I'd like to switch all my contacts to Outlook and not have to pay for Act! again. But Act! does a great job of printing both Daily and Weekly (as requested) sheets for my binder (yes, I still use one of those)?

As one of the commenters asked, I uploaded a .pdf file with an example of the two sheets I use now for my 5.5" x 8" appointment binder/journal. The first page shows two pages for a complete week, and the second shows a daily page.

For some of us, paper based organizers are a distant memory. Can you mock up the kind of report you want, print it to PDF, and post it as an attachment? Naturally, don't put any sensitive information in the document.

Edit: I was thinking you could print it from Act! -- hopefully not too much work. If you don't have a PDF printer driver, search in our "Other Applications" forum for recommendations.

See if Print pages for a daytimer - Outlook - Microsoft Office gives you enough hints for Outlook 2010.
