unable to access Vista from XP

I added a Windows Vista PC to my home networks. The rest PCs on the networks are Windows XP Home SP3.

I have got the following two problems.

First: I can access XP machines from the Vista but I can not access the Vista from the XP machines. There is an error message, as attachment, popping out on the XP machines.

Second: From the Vista machine, Network Map in Windows Vista does not display computers that are running Windows XP.

For the second problem, I found a possible solution at kb922120. Unfortunately, when I tried to install the Hotfix, Windows XP told me my SP3 does not need this Hotfix.
