    XP - Publishing (FP XP)

    This is what I get when I try to publish on my Unix server
    ++
    ERROR: The requested URL could not be retrieved

    FP XP extensions are installed on the server and all froms etc. are working fine but I can not publish my site any more.

    I think the problem is at the ISP's end. Have you talked to them?

    A question (because I don't know the answer) can MS Front Page server-side extensions work on a non-Windows Server - which is what you're expecting to happen.

    There are versions of the Server Extensions for other operating systems.
    This link might be useful: <A target="_blank" HREF=http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnservext/html/fpovrw.asp>Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions Overview</A>.
    I also found this link to be interesting: FP2002: FrontPage Extensions Are Not Upgraded During Setup.

    Yes - Normally FP extensions are available on most of the Unix flavors. Under Unix the only thing that you won't get is MS database platform.
