I have copies of the emails that download to Outlook 2010 that still remain on Web Mail. I receive all mail that comes in to Outlook and I have no idea how to get rid of the extra copies and the 523 emails in the Sent mail that remain in Web Mail. Does anybody know how to remove these and keep them from appearing again. I am up to 21% and if this keeps up I will not have any room for new messages. It acts as if I have two inboxes in Outlook and one of them is inoperable. I really have no idea what to do to fix this and this is a new computer and I installed Office about two weeks ago. For awhile I could see that mail was arriving but it did not go my inmail account. Any help would be gratefully received. Thank you.

I use a local email client to download mail from my webmail. I set the option in my local email to retain the webmail for 7 days, then delete it from my webmail account. This allows me to resolve problems locally - machine crash etc - without losing mail.

    cheers, Paul
