I have an Epson Stylus CX4800 printer which I have used withour problems for many years with third-party replacement cartridges (usually from abcinks.com). This morning I went to change out the black cartridge and got the dreaded "cartridge not recognized" warning and no workaround I tried would work. Now ALL the cartridges are not recognized and as you might guess this comes at a time when I REALLY need the printer. If anyone has any ideas how to resolve this problem, I would certainly appreciate the help!

I would try new drivers from Epson first. Otherwise the printer may be on it's last legs. Is it worth taking it to a competent repair tech to T/S and possibly repair?
