I am trying to get Address Book (Outlook 2003) to default to Contacts. However every time I change it to Contacts, the next time I open Address Book it defaults to Global Address Book.

Address / Tools / Options. Are you setting both options to Contacts?

That path does not appear for me. Where do you find Address to start? I am using Outlook 2003.

I think he meant Tools > Address Book..., then in the Address Book dialog, Tools > Options. Unless there is another place.

Thanks, that fixed it. I had forgotten there was a Tool menu in the Address Book window for this.

Yep, that was it, but you can click the Address Book icon directly and bypass the Tools > Address Book.
