    Dear loungers,

I have an outlook form that I have designed, the message will be a standard message so i wanted to populate that control with the standard text. I'm sure it's simple but I can't see how - it has in fact populated with my signature when I went into form design, but I can't seem to "get into" it.

    thanks........... liz

Don't know which version of Outlook you are using, but in 2007, you can create a new email message with the standard text, then choose your Developer tab in the ribbon and select Design This Form. You cannot alter the standard Message field once you have selected "Design This Form."
