    don't know how outlook 2010 works but in all other versions of outlook, if you click the address book icon beside the recipient field you get a window that shows the BCC box.

    BCC means Blind Carbon Copy......

    When you are composing a new email use the Options tab to enable the BCC entry.

    The original question is vague, but in case this is the question, for messages the CC recipients are not copied to each other or any TO: recipient, only the sender knows who is on BCC.
