I have somehow manage to set Excel to open without exhibiting a blank worksheet, which is what I would like. How do I put that setting back?
    Thanks.

    Thanks.
    FYI.

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office12\EXCEL.EXE" /r "C:\Users\John Palmer\Documents\book1.xlsx" opens book1 as a read only file.

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office12\EXCEL.EXE" "C:\Users\John Palmer\Documents\book1.xlsx" opens book1 as a regular file.
