Vertical lines in Outlook Messages (Outlook 2000 SR-1)

Does anybody know how to get rid of the vertical lines in forwarded messages / message strings at the end of a new message? How do you forward or copy these messages without the vertical lines?

    Thanks!

I figured out what it is. The lines are actually a border. Click on Format>borders and shading to get rid of the vertical lines. You can then continue using HTML e-mail.

    Thanks.
