Still cannot find a thumb drive for Windows 7 with password protection. PNY had one I used in XP but it did not work in Windows 7.
    Any ideas?

I'm not sure of a password protected flash drive, but you can encrypt your flash drive data. I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for. There was a recent thread on a similar topic. Take a look.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you'd have to encrypt it in order to get it (thumb drive) password protected.
Just about any form of free or commercia ldrive encryption software should have an option for USB thumb drives.
