How to reduce size of desktop icons

Hi,

I am just starting out with Windows 7 (Premium). How do I reduce the size of my desktop icons? Thank you.

Right click an empty area on the desktop. Go to View and select the size you wish (Large, Medium, or Small).

Or... click on a blank area of the desktop to activate it, and then hold the control key down while turning the scroll wheel to enlarge or shrink the icons.

You can also hold down the CTRL key while using your mouse whell and you can make them any size you like..
