I send a report to a specific group of users. Protocol would dictate that the report is designated for a specific list of recipients (To: ) while another group receives the report for "informational" purposes only (Cc: ). Is there a way to assign Contacts to To: or Cc: or Bcc: when creating or Selecting Members for a Distribution List?

Or do I need to create a second Distribution List for Cc:? where, the first list would be used when selecting a DL in the To: field and then another list from the Cc: field.

As far as I know, you need two separate lists.

We've gotten around this limitation by creating the email with the recipients in the appropriate fields, adding the desired text (which normally changes very little) and then saving the message to the desktop as an OFT file.
