Access 2007 Question - I have a form that contains a list of items. When you select one of the items then you can print a report with the selected information.

I want to be able to select two or more items on the list and then print the report with data from all selected items.

Not sure how to do it.

    Can someone help.

The practice file you posted cannot be used as it has linked tables. Remove the linked tables, and import them instead.

The way you have set this up makes this a bit difficult as:
    • Each value in the listbox corresponds to a different field in the report, and
    • The values in the listbox are not the same as the actual field names.
So I have added another field to tblHealthConditions which has the actual field name to use, and this is hidden in the first column of the listbox

I was not clear whether you wanted to use OR logic or AND logic , so I have given you both.

Having a separate field for each Condition makes adding new conditions clumsy. Ideally you would have a separate table tblStudentHealthData. Then you add new conditions without making any other changes.

Thanks for all your work on this. It became much more involved than I thought it would be.

I will look much more closely at what you did next week.
