I came across the three programs: Cisco EAP-FAST, Cisco LEAP Module, and Cisco PEAP Module. Are these three programs necessary? What is their function in Windows 7?

EAP-FAST = Extensible Authentication Protocol-Flexible Authentication via Secure Tunneling
PEAP = Protected Extensible Authentication Protocol
LEAP = Lightweight Extensible Authentication Protocol

If you are using CISCO products to connect they may well be required.
