I just converted to Office 2010 and now have three seperate contact files shown. I'm not quite sure how that happened but I want to delete two of them. When I go to the contacts tap the two I want to delete are grayed out. I have tried what I know how to do and I can't figure it out.
    HELP.
    Thanks

Go to Tools:Account Settings:Address Books tab. Are multiple address books listed? Can you delete them there?

Did you try double clicking on one of the address books you want to get rid of in the Tools/accounts/address book tab and clicking the remove address book button?
