mercyh, JoeP, nice to find you here.

I have an Outlook question for a friend. He got a new machine with Office 2010 one month trial that he is about to install. Will he get it, Outlook also installed ?

When I set up my Office 2000, it also put up Outlook 2000, is this a standard procedure or is Outlook to be obtained separately ? Costly too ?

    Be good.

I've split this into its own thread. Please do not hijack other threads.

Whether or not Outlook 2010 is included depends on which Office 2010 suite is included. See Office 2010: Which suite is right for you? - Microsoft Office for a comparison.

Thanks JoeP, both to start a new topic for me and for the information (URL) where I could PrnScn the offers and forward to my friend. He does not do much with his machine, just a few Outlook messages, I advised him to intall his Office 2000 as I have on all my Win Se7en machines, it is even good on the 64-bit version and includes Outlook from the way it goes. With O2K, I have all the office apps.

Is the trial good for a month or so ?

Be good and again, thanks. Jean.
