    How can I put a shortcut to the Problem Steps Recorder in the start menu or on the desktop?

    Quite straight forward to put the shortcut on the desktop.

    Click the start orb and type in "psr" sans quotes.

    When psr.exe appears at the top of the list, right click on it and select send to->Desktop (create shortcut)

    Once you have the shortcut on the desktop, you can drag and drop it wherever you like!
