    Just a few thoughts ....

It looks like this is for "Upgrades" from Win XP or Vista.

Will the install disk/key be needed from previous versions of XP/Vista?

After installing this Win 7 family pack, if system gets hosed by virus, user mistakes, malware, etc., can the family pack do a clean install of Win 7 without original XP/Vista disk/key?

A good image of the system may save the day!!!

Is your system capable of Win 7?
Find out if your PC can run Windows 7

Even if system hardware proves capable, some programs may have to be reinstalled. Make sure to have all licenses for those programs available. Updating/patching of those programs will have to be re-done all over again.

Amazon has it for $139.99 free shipping.

There are other threads in this forum that have links to performing a clean install using upgrade media.
