Most all of the incoming messages I receive are in HTML format. Most come in just fine. Others come in with a font that is too small for me to read. I have to double-click the message to open it up and then use Other Actions and Zoom to 200% so I can read it.
This was not always the case. It started a few months ago, so it's likely the result of something I did, but I can't figure it out.
I understand Outlook's mail file structure (.pst files) and can isolate them. I say this because I am wondering if I can uninstall Outlook and reinstall it. I have the Office 2007 DVD I used to install it the first time. Or is my problem outside of Outlook and maybe in Word?
Any thoughts on why this should be and how I can fix it?

Cross reference to earlier thread on this problem (no solution found there, obviously): [topic=774279]Incoming E-Mail in small font (April 2010)[/topic].
Note: I don't think it's something wrong with the installation of Outlook, but there might be something wrong with a settings file or settings in the registry. Whether an uninstall/reinstall would reset these settings, I don't know.
