Dell Lap Topo, touch Pad Pal

Recently upgraded to AVG 2011 Antivirus. Scanned, adviced, "Touch Pad Pal" was a potential unwanted App?

AVG adived "Touch Pad PAl".exe was carying a Trogan or Variant virus.

I moved to vault until it was determined/allowed the app was usable in my Dell #1520 xp machine.

Anyone have experience with this malfunction??

Anyone with a cure, please adive , as this was a very good app for a touch pad in a lap top,

I downloaded and scanned it and couldn't find anything.

Where you downloaded it could make a difference though too.

Clint: Thank you for your comments and URL of CNet download. I attempted to download and install the touchpad pal 1.1 from the CNet site but, encountered the same

malware alert on my Dell Lap Top # 1520. The malware alert stated the same as a, trogen and varint new, that I reported earlier.

So, apparently there is some aspect of the AVG 2011 that doesn't like what it sees with this particular configuration of ,desofto download.

I planto submit a form to desofto web site for a heads up on their touchpad pal v1.1 in hopes of obtaining an insight into what is being indentified with this item.
it maybe my Dell that has a problem as no other Win Sec user apparently is having a problem??
