    I have a large spreadsheet with both lower case and upper case entries. For consistancy, I'd like to change all entries to upper case. Is it possible to specify a range and change everything within the range to upper case? If so, how is it done? I have two computers with Office 2003 on one and Office 2007 on the other. If you have a suggestion, please specify the software used.

    You can use the following macro:

    Code:
    Sub makeupper()
    	Dim r As Range
    	Application.ScreenUpdating = False
    	For Each r In ActiveSheet.UsedRange
     	r = UCase(r)
    	Next
    	Application.ScreenUpdating = True
    End Sub

    Mbarron - Thank you for your reply. I ended up using a macro, but one listed in the following article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/291323 It worked like a charm.

    The macros are the same. The advantage to mine is that you don't have to explicitly assign a range as in the examples at the site you have linked.
