    See attachment:
On the sheet: Client Services is a drop down list in column B (source is column I). I would like for column F (Unit Rate) to populate the Cost associated with the choice from the drop down in column B (source: column J). So, if I chose in column B: 90801 HE...I would like column F to populate with the correct cost associated with that...in this example: 50(column J). Can this be done and how do I do it?

In F6 Copy it down the column:
    =VLOOKUP(B6,$I$7:$J$26,2,0)

It will give an error when nothing is entered in B. You could use In F6
    =IF(B6="","",VLOOKUP(B6,$I$7:$J$26,2,0))

    and in G6
    =IF(B6="","",SUM(E6*F6))

To mask the errors with a null string
