I have three email addresses on Outlook 2010. When I send a message with attachments it takes forever as the program sends/receives from all three mail boxes. It also synchronizes folders. Is there any way to disable the synchronizing folders step? This is installed on a new computer with Win 7 and Office Home and Business 2010.
Thanks for any ideas.

2010-11-04 16:50That will work in 2003 and 2007. I have the Office 2010 and there is no block that says that in this version. Any other ideas?
