My OS is Windows 7 Professional. I have Word 2010 and I am using a Canon PIXA MX870 ink jet printer. When I pull a 10-page document from the printer, I would like the top page to be page 1, then page 2, then...., and finally page 10. Right now the pages print in reverse order, where page 10 is the top page. How do I print pages in ascending order, where page 1 is the top page?

    Thank you.

There is a setting to print in reverse order in the Word Options>Advanced > Print section. Try ticking that setting before you send the file to print.

Most printers also have an option in their properties dialog that lets you reverse the order of printing. This is preferable because it will affect all programs with one change.

    Thank you Andrew and RetiredGeek.

I went to printer properties and checked the box Print from last page. The multipage document I then printed came out in ascending order, i.e., 1, 2, 3, ...

You all have a real Good one,

I also just tried Andrew's suggestion. It worked just fine.

Again, I thank both of you.
