new message to contact probem (2002 trial)
I actually paid $10 for a 30 day trial of 2002 (don't say anything). I have this problem and wonder if it's my machine, the trial version, or the program. When I click send message to contact, all seems well until I've written the email and click send. Then I get a message that says "Unable to complete operation. A fatal error has occurred in Outlook." But it doesn't close. It also doesn't send the message.
So, I close Outlook, and the message gets saved in Drafts. I reopen Outlook, open Drafts, open the message, click send, and it goes out fine.
Clearly I can't conduct business this way. Anybody know what's up?
