If I understand how track changes works in Word 2007, I can set one of 8 colors if I track changes by author, but there is no way I can "lock" a specific color to an author. For example, I use track changes and select purple for my changes. If I email that document to someone else it is my understanding that both my insertions and deletions will be the same color, but may come up for the recipient in a different color. Is that correct? If so, does any one know a Microsoft KB article that says that? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
