When I open Windows Live Mail 2011 I receive the following popup message:
"The procedure entry point ?Destroy@CDUIDialog@MAEXXZ could not be located in the dynamic link library UXCore.dll"

If I click OK, it goes away but I want to stop this and would appreciate any advice to do it.

Go to uninstall section for your unnamed OS, click on Windows Live Ess. then select repair option.

If the repair option does not solve the problem, uninstall then reinstall WLE. It appears that a required dll file is corrupted. AN uninstall/reinstall should not take long and may solve the problem. This link has some info on this failure.

    Thumbs up

You can download the missing UXCore.dll file from the link provided below:

    http://dllcentral.com/UXCore.dll/12....1005/download/

After downloading the missing UXCore.dll file, restore this file into System32 folder.

    Path to System32 folder is:

    C:/ Windows / System32

Note: C: Drive is your Window Drive.

You may need to restart your PC in order to make the changes effective. This is the source, which is best for solving this sort of dll related issues. Good Luck...

I've done all that but it doesn't solve the problem.

Do you have the most recent Windows Live Essentials installed?

    What OS are you running?

    On my 64-bit Windows 7 system UXCORE.DLL is in C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Shared. It has a version of 15.4.3583.513.

NOTE: IMO, you should not download a .dll for a Microsoft program from a non-Microsoft site.
