Extract E-mail Addresses (97 SR2)

Good Day!

I would like to write a macro which automatically extracts e-mail addresses from a body of text. Does anyone have any idea how I might persue this? FYI, i'm not great at writing VBA, so examples would be wonderful! ...or perhaps someone has one already written?

I don't know if Drk got any help from that thread, but I certainly did! I've been looking to try to find a way to extend a found selection back or forward to the next instance of a particular character off and on for ages but could never quite work it out.
