First, let me put you in context:
I work for a law firm and we are using Outlook 2003.
All lawyers have given full Outlook delegate rights to their secretaries.
This being said, while I worked at a different law firm in the past, secretaries we able to send messages using their lawyers contacts. More specifically, what I mean to say is that when preparing a message, they (the secretaries) would type a name then resolve it using Ctl-K (or click To: and access the lawyer's contact list) and in this way, they were able to resolve contacts that were in the lawyers' contacts (not in their own contacts).
I would like to implement this here but I cannot find anybody that knows or remembers how to do this.
Can someone help?
