    Not sure what it contains, but it has to do with your IE settings when it is installed.

    It seems to get updated each time I run IE... strange.

    Microsoft Internet Mail and News (Outlook Express). It's the logfile used to record message cleaning and compression. Temporary work file which is recreated each time. Usually excluded from backups.

    Hmmm... I don't use Outlook Express. I think it's an IE file.
