How to reopen previous windows on starting Outlook

I have to keep track of several people's calendars, using the shared calendar function in outlook. I use 'open in new window' and tick each calendar in turn, ending up with about six windows, each with a different person's calendar showing. I would like to not have to go through this every morning, but have outlook restore the state of these (and all outlook) windows, remembering what they were like on shutdown. Is this possible? Many thanks Frank

Depending on your Outlook version, can you drag them to "My Calendars" or its equivalent and see if they stick and reopen next time you open Outlook? For example, for Outlook 2010, look at Calendar Groups on this page http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...010354412.aspx
