When I enter a long "if" statement in the conditional formatting "window", and want to edit it, whenever I enter the cursor and try and scroll accross the equation with the arrow keys, it enters the cell reference, and will not scroll accross the formula. 2 issues: can the window be enlarged to see the whole if statement, and/or how do you scroll accross the formula without entering the cell reference?

    1. No, it can't.
    2. Press f2 to toggle between edit mode and cell selection.

Hi jlkirk - There may be ways to shorten the length of the "if" statement. Can you post an example of what is being done?
