I have a wireless Laptop attached to a printer which is on my home network. From another wireless laptop I can print from Word and some other applications, but not from Excel. Is this a limitation in Excel by any chance ?

    Thanks

    Martin

In Excel, when you choose Print, is the correct printer Name chosen?

Should be able to print Excel files on your network if you can print Word, etc.

What happens in Excel Print preview?

I have the identical situation as this, and can print in Excel from any of several laptops..so this is definitely not a limiation of Excel.

But I don't have any suggestions as to what the problem might be.
    Regards
