Can anyone tell me if Outlook 2010 links emails to contacts. I'm using a program now that I can open a contact and click on emails within that contact, and every email I've ever sent, or any email I've ever received from that contact will be shown.
Does Outlook 2010 have this feature?

    Welcome to the Lounge!!

Outlook by itself does not have this feature. You need something such as Outlook 2010 with Business Contact Manager features and benefits - Outlook - Microsoft Office. It may be overkill but does what you asked.

In Outlook 2003, (yes, I'm two versions behind) you can open a contact, select the Activities tab, and select all activities or just emails. The dialog may take a while to populate.

You can do that with a Contact in 2010 also. I missed that.

The only drawback I see is that unlike BCM, which stores information in a SQL Server database, "Activites" is dependent on keeping everything in Outlook itself. That means you have to be extra careful about deleting items and/or archiving items. Your PST will become quite large over time.
