    Custom Labels (97)

Can anyone tell me why Access will not print the last 2 labels on a page of 2 columns by 8 rows of labels which have no margins. The label size is 3.71 by 10.5 cm and the label goes right to the edge of the page without any margins.

One possibility is that your printer won''t let you print far enough down the page to print the last row of labels - many ink-jet printers won't print closer than .6 or .75 inches from the bottom. Access is set to keep a label intact, so it rolls it to the top of the next page. Only possibility I can think of actually. Hope this helps.

Printers won't normally print to the bottom of the paper. There is a minimum margin that is a "no print" area. For laser printers that is usually .25".
