    I recommend getting Microsoft software from the source: Process Explorer @ microsoft.com.

    The whole Sysinternals FREE suite of utilities can be downloaded here .....
    Sysinternals Suite

    The FREE suite includes many apps including Process Explorer, AutoRuns, Process Monitor, etc.
