I am not sure if this is an Outlook issue or MS Word/Excel. When we send as an attachment from the other Microsoft products, the email displays with the attachment, but no signature. Is there a setting within Outlook or Word/Excel that needs to be activated to get the signature for the new email?

Check the mail format Send As uses. You may not have a signature for that format?

I checked within Word 2003 under Tool, Options, General, E-mail Options. The selection contains the 3 signatures that I have in Outlook 2007, but Word 2003, eventho the choice for New message and Reply are the same as in Outlook 2007, the signature does not appear when using Send To.

Where is the same feature in Word Options for Office 2007? I cannot find it.
