    I'm using O2007. I access 4 accounts with my ISP. I don't always send on my default account. Is there a way to tell Outlook, based on my signature (or some other "clue") which account to use to send the message from?

    It's hard to remember to change the Accounts drop-down, especially if you are sending a quick reply...

    It is possible to hook into the Send event and modify the account, but hard to automate accurately. These threads describe past solutions. Neither is quite what you're looking for but perhaps useful for inspiration:
