Snowed in this week I used this forced idleness to upgrade my Acer laptop from Vista to Win 7. As I went to make my regular Friday backups of critical files, where is "Copy to" on Win Explorer menu bar? Right click gets a pathetic excuse for a "Send to" option.

With the ludicrous excuse for a Start Menu, what other lunacy will I find? Shall I go back to Vista?

When explorer is open, hit the 'Alt' key to show the menu, copy/move is on the edit tab.

    Thank you, gentlemen,
I've used chowur's registry hack to add Sent to & Copy to to the right click menu.

I haven't tried Peter's Send to toys but I was amazed at Roderuner's tipto see the Menu Bar appear.

This led me to explore how to make it permanent. I found in the Folder Options list the second item "Always show Menus".

I'm sure that wasn't in previous versions and I had already been into that list to unhide hidden files and to show known file types.

I guess we don't see what we aren't looking for.

Now I need to sort out that Start menu but that's another thread.

    Thanks again.
