I often have to copy appointments (regular ones, but not recurring to a particular pattern). I can do this by pressing CTRL and dragging an appointment on the Outlook 2003 Calendar in 'One Month' view.

However, unlike most MS applications, if I try and drag it beyond the period which is showing, the screen does not scroll. So I cannot copy an appointment to more than one month away.

Is there a way arond this limitation ?

    Thanks

    Martin

Instead of "drag and drop", copy Ctrl-C and paste Ctrl-V. Just click the appropriate date and paste.

    Silly me !
I was looking for Copy and Past on the context menu, but they're only visible in the Edit menu.
    Thanks.
