Update: Duh! Have just solved this problem myself, but am leaving it here in case it helps someone else! Solution was to use the drop down box at top left of window. When I checked it, realized that the printer fax had been selected (couldn't see this in the window until drop down accessed). I just scrolled down to Printer and ... it printed.

Trying to print a scanned signature page which is in jpeg format. Whenever I try (on HP All in One OfficeJet Pro), the print request brings up a faxl page instead. Can't seem to get this to work and, because scan came from a new client, don't want to request he rescan in a different format!

Is this enough information for a Lounger to help? I hope!

Using Windows Vista SP2 and Office 2007.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

What proram is being used to print from?
Can you choose which printer to use at print time?
HP AIO usually installs two printers. One for printing and one for fax.

Thanks for your reply, Tim. Did you see my recent edit re. having solved it? Your questions suggested you'd figured out my problem, too.

Hi Linda - There are no dumb questions here!!!!
If you have not already done so, you probably want to make the "HP Printer" your "Default" instead of HP Fax Printer.
